At SoulThread, we value your commitment to your financial journey. Please review our policies regarding coaching sessions below.

1. All Sessions

We understand that schedules can change. To respect the time of both our coaches and our clients, we have the following cancellation policy:

• 24-Hour Notice: You may cancel or reschedule your coaching session more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time for a full refund.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time are eligible for a 50% refund.

• Rescheduling: There is no fee to reschedule a session at any time.

• Missed Appointments: You will be charged the full price for any missed appointment

2. Reimbursement Process

For eligible session refunds:

• Timeline: We will process your reimbursement within 30 days of your cancellation request.

• Method: Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
